Nursery (4yr olds & younger)

At City of Hope our nursery will provide a peaceful, safe, loving environment through play, and care, where the youngest of our children will be able to experience the love of Christ.

What to Expect for Worship

CHECK-IN PROCESS
A volunteer will be available to assist you as you check in your child.

Please click below to fill out the nursery registration form (be sure to press "+adult" and "+ child" to include all relevant members). Or you may fill out this form at our welcome table.

Once you fill out the form, enter your phone number at the check-in iPad at the welcome table to check in your child. You will receive a name tag for your child and security code for you to use to pick up your child.

During Service

Nursery Children worship with us during the first half of the service. After the intercessory prayer, Nursery children are dismissed to the Nursery.

In the event that we need to contact you during service for toileting/diapering or other needs, we will send you a text notification to the number you registered with. Please keep your phone on vibrate during service.

For the well being of the children and volunteers if your child is experiencing severe runny nose, cough, earache, sore throat, rash, or had a fever in the previous 24 hours please refrain from sending your child to nursery.

Volunteer Screening

We take child safety seriously at CIty of Hope, and that includes an extensive review of all child volunteers who work with our children. We use MinistrySafe, the industry standard in the strictest measures for vetting volunteers that goes beyond a standard background check. All children volunteers are required to go through sexual abuse training, as well as a screening interview before they are allowed to work with children.
